Deputy President

Oniccah Mondo Lefifi was born on 24 December 1967 at Skilpadfontein. She matriculated in 1986 at Khamane High School in Skilpadfontein. She obtained National Certificates in Commerce (N1, N2 and N3) in 1998, a Certificate in Programme Management at the University of Pretoria in 1999 and a Diploma in Management Assistant at CN Mahlangu FET College in 2002. Oniccah is currently studying towards B Administration Degree at Unisa.

She has been a member of the PSA since 1998. She started participating actively in the PSA’s activities in 2002 as member of the Departmental Branch of the Office of the President. She is currently serving as Chairperson of the Branch and was elected as Director to the PSA's Board of Directors in September 2008.
