Community Legal Clinic (CLC)

Community Legal Clinic (CLC) provides a comprehensive legal service product at a special rate to PSA members.

As a registered trade union, the PSA already offers members advice, assistance on all work-related labour issues.  Although this is the PSA's core business, the PSA can now - through CLC, offer those PSA members who take out the Legal Assistance membership, legal advice and support for many other legal services. The CLC legal assistance policy offers amongst other Civil law, Criminal law, Family law and Labour law  to PSA members. 

NB - When considering legal aid/assistance for labour matters, members will have to decide whether they wish the PSA or CLC to handle the matter. The requirement is that either the PSA or CLC will handle the specific labour matter and not both.
